Scent Arabia visitor FAQs
Registration
No invitation is required to enter the event.
IDs are not required to enter the event.
Entry is free of charge for all visitors.
Children under the age of 16 years will not be admitted to the exhibition.
Yes. For security purposes, all visitors are requested to register. Registration will be available online closer to the event date and onsite during Scent Arabia.
Yes. Visitor registration can be completed online in advance.
Yes. Visitor registration can be completed onsite during the event dates in November 2026.
Registration for the show is non-date specific. Once you have registered, you are able to attend the show on any of the show open days.
At the Event
Visitors are welcome any time. If you wish to avoid peak times, we recommend visiting during the first 3 days and when the show opens.
Free parking is available at Exhibition World Bahrain and will be signposted. Additional parking is available at Bahrain International Circuit, with shuttle buses operating for visitors and exhibitors during the event.

Free WIFI is available throughout all the halls.
A variety of food and beverage facilities will be available in the main exhibition corridor. Light refreshments and coffee will also be available inside the halls.
There are ATMS at the Exhibition World Bahrain.
On arrival to the show, map signposts are available on the exhibition floor. You can also download the official event app which has maps, closer to the event.
At Scent Arabia, you can expect to meet over 650 companies from 30 countries.

Registration for exhibitor passes will open closer to the event date, they will be available via the online exhibitor manual.
Exhibitor passes are included in your stand fee, but you will have to register your staff in via the exhibitor form accessible through your online exhibitor manual.
Exhibition World Bahrain (EWB) has four parking lots on-site that can accommodate more than 1,300 cars. The parking lots are designated as P1, P2, P3, and P4.
Yes, we will issue a list of recommended suppliers in our exhibitor manual closer to the event date.
